Your journey to Helcity Open Air begins here.

On 8 May 2027, the gates of Helcity Open Air open in Helchteren, Belgium.

Whether you're travelling by car, bicycle, public transport or getting dropped off,

we've gathered the information you need to plan your journey.

Choose your preferred way to travel and prepare for your arrival.

Travelling on two wheels? We've got you covered!

Free bicycle parking will be available near the festival grounds.

Follow the signs and instructions from our stewards when you arrive.

Travelling from further away? You can plan your journey using one of the following train stations:

From there, continue your journey by bus or arrange alternative transport to Helchteren.

Two bus stops are located within walking distance of the festival grounds:

Approximately 1 km from the festival grounds, near JBC. Bus line 19.

Approximately 800 metres from the festival grounds, near Qteam Houthalen. Bus line 48.

Getting dropped off by a friend, family member, taxi or Uber?

A designated Kiss & Ride area will be available for convenient drop-offs and pick-ups.

Please follow the signs and directions provided by our stewards.

The exact location and access instructions will be shared closer to the festival.

Planning to drive to Helcity Open Air?

Designated parking areas will be available for festival visitors.

Parking Access Pass

One parking access pass is required per car.
Parking is free, but an access pass is mandatory.
Your pass provides access to one of our designated festival parking areas.
Follow the instructions from our stewards, who will direct you to the appropriate parking area.

Please do not park on private business premises, in front of entrances or outside designated parking areas.

Further parking directions will be provided closer to the event.

Heading to Helcity Open Air? We strongly encourage visitors to carpool or travel together whenever possible.
Both festival parking and camping spaces are limited, so planning your journey in advance is highly recommended.
By sharing a ride, you're helping us reduce traffic, save fuel and make better use of the available parking spaces and ensure a smoother arrival for everyone.

Limited camping availability

A small camping area with just 33 pitches is planned for Helcity Open Air.

Each pitch measures approximately 7 × 7 metres.

More information about camping access, arrival and departure will be announced.
